Homeless People with Animal Companions

This site has been developed for people who are homeless and who have animal companions with them.  There is some information about resources which are available and things to look out for, like hazards in the environment.

This site also has a section for housing and homeless services providers to help them to think through policy implications of making changes in their services to include more people who are homeless with companion animals.  There are a number of issues to think through before incorporating animals into services.

The site is the result of requests for information from agencies and people who are homeless with their animal companions.

You'll find information and downloadable PDFs.

The site will be updated regularly as more information about resources comes available.
